Our production originates where the famous “Ducato Estense” once stood.
We hand down the tradition and carry it with us, in order to offer a taste of yesteryear, high authenticity and fragrances that have no age.
We choose the best barrels to ensure an ageing process that enhances our balsamic vinegar with precious taste notes!
The history of our balsamic vinegar has roots and origins far back in time
Acetaia Estense is located in the centre of Montale Rangone, where there was the old “Gallo d’Oro” Inn, which already existed in 1908 and was run by the Manzini family, who skilfully seasoned the dishes served at the tables with precious Balsamic Vinegar.
Today, that “balsamic” still survives in the secret and jealous corner of our Acetaia Estense, the authentic testimonial of a family tradition that has evolved over the years.
Our products are all made at 0 km and with raw materials from the Emilia region.
In addition to the great classics of tradition, Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO and Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI, you can enjoy our condiments, made according to old family recipes, jams and homemade sauces made with seasonal fruits and vegetables, soft hearts of dark chocolate with Balsamic Vinegar and creams with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI in various flavours.
In order to share the tradition and taste of the typical gastronomic products of our territory, we create for festivities and events, entirely handmade gift boxes containing some of our best products.
