CIPOLLINE RECIPE MODENA

Cipolline “Ricetta Modena” are a Modenese gastronomic speciality.
They are handcrafted in strict compliance with local tradition and quality, using seasonal Borettane onions (fresh product) and using our Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI as an ingredient instead of the more common wine vinegar.
This allows us to obtain very delicate and fragrant onions with an unmistakable taste and the typical consistency of a handmade product.
In the kitchen, they can be served with cured meat starters or as a side dish for special cuts of meat such as fillet steak, carpaccio or boiled or grilled meat in general.
