In the historical premises of the Acetaia, where the production and bottling of the precious balsamic vinegars (IGP and DOP) still takes place today and where the sales outlet is also located, Acetaia Estense opens its doors for guided tours.

Acetaia Estense srl is located on a side road of Via Vandelli (Nuova Estense) that leads from Modena to Maranello, home of the Ferrari factory, and continues on to Abetone to reach Tuscany. A few steps away rests Luciano Pavarotti, the unforgettable tenor and pride of the city of Modena, in the town cemetery.

Visits are available, on request, throughout the year..

Guided tastings of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI, Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO and all other products are available during the visits.

During the tasting it is possible to understand the differences between the different balsamic vinegars and learn how to use and combine them in the kitchen.
