As far as our production is concerned, called “Le Ricette di Famiglia” (The Family Recipes), since it is a matter of ancient production procedures handed down by family tradition, we guarantee and personally control every phase of the preparation and ageing of the products, availing ourselves, if necessary, of the professionalism of external laboratories for more in-depth chemical analyses. All this allows us to give our customers the maximum security and guarantee on our products. The premises, which have been appropriately restructured, house, among the old walls, the old and small barrels, the barrels, the modern bottling equipment and a colourful display of bottles in the sales point for the public.

ACETAIA ESTENSE is located in the centre of the typical area of origin of BALSAMIC VINEGAR OF MODENA I.G.P., what was once the famous “DUCATO ESTENSE”, who first proclaimed the exceptional goodness of this vinegar, making it, the DUKE of MODENA, an exclusive gift to the Royalty of Europe.

We are an artisan vinegar company that is rigorous in its search for the highest quality of its balsamic vinegars, using only raw materials of Italian origin. We are also a company that respects the safety of our customers and for this reason we subject the production cycle of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO and Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI to the control of certifying bodies (Kiwa Cernet and CSQA) respectively authorised by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Forestry, which guarantee compliance with the regulations.
