“Balsaciocco Cuori di Balsamico” are heart-shaped pralines of high quality dark chocolate prepared by hand using our Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI as a filling ingredient, thus obtaining a unique and unmistakable flavour.
The absence of preservatives and the use of high quality ingredients in the preparation differentiate them from typically industrially produced pralines.
