Balsafrutta are genuine artisan jams made from selected high-quality fruit and vegetables. They are produced according to family recipes and made unique by the use of our Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI expertly dosed during their preparation.
They are prepared in small quantities each time, which allows us to preserve the flavour, but above all the aroma of the fruit and vegetables used.
Figs & Vinegar is ideal with savoury crostini, cheese and meat.
