Salsa verde “Ricetta Modena” are a Modenese gastronomic speciality.
They are handcrafted in strict compliance with local tradition and quality using seasonal Borettane onions (fresh product) and using our Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI as an ingredient instead of the more common wine vinegar.
This makes it possible to obtain a refined and delicate sauce that differs considerably from the one commonly found on the market in that it highlights the freshness and flavour typical of high quality artisan products.
In the kitchen it can be served as a side dish for boiled meats or in the preparation of croutons.
