“Il Balsamico del Montale RISERVA SPECIALE” is a fine condiment obtained from selected cooked must; it is dense and aged over time in small casks made of fine woods such as Oak and Chestnut, respecting the tradition handed down from generation to generation and making it particularly dense.
It is also packaged by hand in small special bottles and is a traditional Modenese gift idea.
It is recommended to be used with Parmigiano Reggiano cheese flakes, grilled meat fillet, strawberries and cream and fior di latte ice cream.
The quantity available is strictly limited.
